The next board meeting will be held 7:00 pm on Thursday March 15, 2012 at the residence of Jeff and Tisha Hull, 17910 NW Elk Meadow Lane. The primary order of business is the counting of votes for the new board. All residents are encouraged to attend and discuss any concerns regarding the subdivision.

In order for the AAHA to conduct business, it is imperative that dues be remitted by the cutoff date. When dues are not paid in a timely fashion, the volunteer board members must spend additional personal time on collection activities.

The process this year is:

• Invoices will be sent out February 1, 2012
• A link to the invoice document is provided under the AAHA Documents heading.
• If not paid by the cutoff date of March 15, 2012 a penalty will be applied
• Delinquent homeowners will be contacted by phone, e-mail or registered letters.
• In early May, homeowners that remain delinquent will be sent letters of intent to lien.
• If the payments are still not forthcoming by a date to be communicated in the letter of intent to lien, a lien will be issued for the amount of the dues, the late fee and cost of filing the lien.
