We are the Allenbach Acres Homeowners Association serving the residents and homeowners living in the Allenbach Acres subdivision. The subdivision is located on West Union Road just east of NW 185th.
What do we do?
We provide maintainance of the common areas.
We collect association dues.
We budget and administer the funds.
We enforce the CC&Rs

Karen Locke has recently joined the board as Secretary. The board wishes to thank her and let everyone know that they are also welcome to volunteer. If we get too many volunteers, I'm sure that there are some board members who would gladly yield their seat.

Contractor RecommendationsIt is often a very difficult task to choose a contractor to do repairs or upgrades to your property. Contact Washington County Animal Services at 503-846-7041 after you have talked to the offending neighbor but the problem continues.
